Gift Certificate Screen now saves the state of the Active Checkbox.
Replication Servers now automatically email Envision Tech Support if there are any outstanding issues with the replication queues.
Updated Client Export feature to use the filter if one is already present. You can filter the client records via the Actions Menu - Filter Records option.
Added additional Available Balance report to Employee Reward System.
Client Retention Report Column Headings now correctly show the type of retention in summary view.
Returned products no longer affect the Loyalty Point System.

Optimized Calendar Display Options in a multi-user network installation.
Added Service Tab to the Add/Edit Appointment window to display the full service description when booking an appointment.
If you cancel the POS login window, Envision will now revert back to the original logged in user.
POS History Lookup window is no longer case sensitive.
POS Checkout procedure will now prevent an overcharge on any Gift Certificate when used more then once on a single ticket.
Switching Employees on a line item in POS will force a recheck of the item price when the client has a membership.
Added option to load ScanPal barcode information from a previously downloaded file.
Scanpal interface now consolidates multiple scans of the same product together for a combined quantity when posting to inventory.
Employee Rewards Program added to the Plus Pack.
Membership billing credit card cvv number is now blocked from view according to PCI specifications.

Word processor - Added Online Username / Password and Membership Name and Amount to list of fields that you are allowed to insert on a merged document.
Membership Billing - Short term contracts will now automatically set the status flag to inactive when the billing cycle expires.
AR Statements now display the full salon address in the header.
POS / Login / Employee touch screen lookup search window now supports 250 employees.
Quickbooks - Added option to manually set posting flag via the View History button on POS. Additionally, there is a new security item that allows you to enable/disable this option. This is used to inform Envision that a specific ticket has been manually posted in QB.
KRS Update - Facials now count towards Skin Treatment Packages.

POS Z-Out screen - Enhanced visual display of the check / uncheck tender options.
POS - Added security option to turn on / off the ability to flag an item as an inhouse / backbar.
Membership Billing can now be turned off based upon payment type options on the Client Screen.
Added Membership Prebill Audit Report to validate the credit card information of all memberships. Please use this prior to billing to ensure you do not have any issues.
Added Credit Card Verification Button on the Client Payment tab to validate the card information.
If membership colors are displayed on the calendar, 2 additional icons will display to indicate new client and requested employee.
Added Retention type to Appointment Confirmation Screen.
Removed the automatic credit card capture for memberships when scanning a credit card at POS. All memberships require you to manually enter the credit card information.
Added option to set in the registry a Gift Certificate Tax Rate Override. Use GiftCertificateTaxRate = x.xx
Enterprise edition - added caption to display which location you are currently booking appointments at.
Enterprise edition - added ability to manually adjust the qty on hand, on order, reorder at and price of all locations from the inventory screen.
Enterprise edition - Envision will now monitor the replication process on a regular basis and display a warning message if it detects any issues with the replication process.
Calendar now shows prebook status. If the client has not prebooked, a yellow triangle icon will display on the appointment title line. If they have prebooked the roll over hint will now show the date of the future appointment and the service being performed.
Calendar now shows an * in the column header when an employee note is found for that specific date.
Removed the ability to block times before / after the open / close times of the location.
Client Screen - Modified note edit procedure - You can now add notes to a clients record and they are automatically date / time stamped with the users name. You cannot edit existing notes.
Client Screen - Added Pay On Account tab with information from the POS Pay on Account screen.
Added interface for Metrologic's Scanpal2 portable barcode data collector.
KRS - Summit Salon Business College Enhancements: - Modified all reports / Payroll to accept the Entry Level Associate Type - Modified Original Employee RTS % and Total Retail Dollars to the new Retail Dollars Per Guest. - Modified Nail Packages to count Pedicure Packages only. - Removed tracking of Facial Packages. - Tanning no longer counts as services performed for goals. - Counting Packages as a service is no longer supported. - Added tracking of Skin Treatment Packages. - Changed Titles / Field Descriptions of all reports to match 8/06 level charts. - Added Entry Level service pricing on services pricing guide.
Added option to reset the service type's to their original default values.
Quickbooks Interface Enhancements: - Added adjustment for avg inventory cost in Quickbooks. - Enhanced Gift Certificate reporting - Enhanced Initial Membership reporting - Tips can now be tracked on each Sales Receipt - Interface no longer requires you to resync clients, employees, vendors and employees if you edit the records unless you force the refresh of that file.
Updated internal Sybase Database drivers to v8.1. If you are running an older version of Sybase IAnywhere, you need to upgrade to at least v8.1.0.6 via the link at http://www.ennoview.com/download/ads81nt.exe
